About Project

I led the creation of APIs for a mobile app and an admin panel for franchise operations, part of interconnected systems with MONK and Cocotel.com. The team, under my direction, implemented franchise registration, Letter of Intent generation, KYC video training uploads, and a backend approval system with step-by-step progression marked by visual checkmarks. Additional features included ordering coffee bottles, hiring staff, and location verification via image uploads, streamlining franchise workflows.
