This platform is a web-based asset and inventory management system designed for schools and educational institutions. It enables administrators to manage all physical assets such as computers, PCs, monitors, keyboards, mouse devices, and other IT or non-IT equipment from a single dashboard. The system supports complete asset lifecycle management — from asset allocation and delivery to departments or schools, to tracking usage history, maintenance records, and returns. It maintains accurate logs of asset distribution, ownership, condition status, and movement history, ensuring transparency and accountability.
